Between Parramatta Park, Manunda, Westcourt, Edge Hill, Whitfield and the CBD you get a bit of everything — post-war timber homes on stumps, sixties brick and block, newer infill townhouses and a commercial strip that runs from the Esplanade out to Bungalow.
Each of those needs a different approach.
